	Team The Onscreen team has worked together for a long time. The core engineering team has been together for fifteen years; the rest of the team came together within the last several years. 	Tony Requist, CEO Prior to founding Onscreen Systems, Tony was most recently Vice President of Engineering for Geoworks, where he began his career in 1986. He is the co-inventor of a patent for generic user interface. Tony graduated from the University of California, Berkeley in 1986, Phi Beta Kappa with a BA in Computer Science.
